Ultralogix Inc.
Ultralogix is an Indigenous-owned, woman-led data company based in Smithers, British Columbia. We support Indigenous and non-Indigenous organizations by delivering culturally informed data solutions that strengthen decision-making, build capacity, and support long-term community priorities.
Our work sits at the intersection of Indigenous knowledge systems and Western data practices. Using a Two-Eyed Seeing approach, we design data systems that are not only technically sound, but grounded in governance, respect, and real-world use.
Ultralogix specializes in data governance, data management, records management, digitization, analysis, reporting, and data stewardship for research projects. We create secure, trusted data environments that enable shared access while maintaining community control, ensuring data is managed in alignment with governance protocols, ethical standards, and cultural responsibilities.
We are known for delivering complex, multi-year projects that span entire governance structures. Our work has included developing centralized data systems across multiple departments while managing large-scale records environments . Through this work, we help eliminate data silos, strengthen governance, and create integrated systems that support long-term stewardship.
Beyond systems, we focus on people. We work alongside organizations and communities to build internal capacity, mentor staff, and support the next generation of Knowledge Keepers ensuring data remains accessible, usable, and governed for years to come.
At Ultralogix, we believe data should serve the people it represents. Our role is to build the structures, relationships, and trust needed to make that possible.
