Insight Art Therapy Studio
Art therapy combines talk therapy with art-making to build coping skills, resilience, acceptance, and self-compassion as well as improve brain function, memory, imagination, and problem solving skills. Art therapy can help with physical pain, stress, overwhelm, burnout, and the effects of trauma.
No art experience is required to reap its therapeutic benefits. Sessions are available in-person and online.
Using a person-centered, strength-based approach for individuals – children, youth, teenagers, adults, seniors – art therapy is for everyone!
Art therapy between two people is a bonding activity that creates connection, attunement, and an opportunity to have fun together.
Art-making in a group setting is a fun way to build connections, meet friends, share stories, and support others. Groups focus on themes such as self-care, empowerment, chronic pain, grief, anxiety, and personal growth.
