Support services for adults with developmental disabilities that teach life skills and enhance community integration. HIGH ROAD SERVICES SOCIETY intends that all individuals regardless of their race, creed, culture and disability be treated with respect and dignity and that all individuals are entitled to a safe, secure, stable, and nurturing environment that will promote opportunities to fulfill their dreams and they have the rightto contribute to their community by having meaningful and gainful life experiences and employment. PROGRAMS:Self Help Skills Development - designed to help optimize our Individual's personal, social and vocational competency in order to live successfully intheir community. Supported Employment - assessment, goal setting, advocating, coordination and monitoring work placements. Semi-Independent Living - serves Individuals living in their homes or apartments of their choice, with support and skills development for the necessary assistance of daily living. Adult Residential - offering a broad spectrum of supports that are designed to increase the Individuals ability to be as Independent as possible and enhance community inclusion. Home share - community members provide a home for an individual or reside within the Individual's existing home. Social Enterprises: (employment). Innovation Foods- low cost food for high need Individuals and families. Alpine Peak Water- filtered, bottled water that is delivered to businesses and residences. High Roads Meats- fully operational meat processing plant that is available to rent, and candied smoked salmon that is can be usedas a fundraiser for community groups and organizations.

We have tried to build on what Don and Tom started here years ago. Our philosophy is somewhat simple, we try to work hard every day and provide straightforward communication with our customers. We tell our staff, ‘treat our customers like we ourselves would like to be treated.’
