To provide a facility for commercial exhibits to enhance the businesses of the region. To provide entertainment to attract the public tot he fair and to assist smaller fairs in the region in their development. To provide a forum for technology transfer for agriculture producers. To encourage cultivation of the soil and all things pertaining to the industries of agriculture and horticulture.
