The Smithers District Chamber of Commerce is pleased to partner with WeBC to bring the Community Peer Mentorship Program to Smithers for fall/winter 2026.
Designed specifically for women entrepreneurs, this community-based program provides an opportunity to build meaningful local connections, strengthen business skills, share experiences, and work through the challenges and opportunities that come with growing a business.
Entrepreneurship can be incredibly rewarding, but business owners are often navigating complex decisions on their own. Peer mentorship creates a trusted environment where entrepreneurs can learn from one another, exchange practical ideas and perspectives, and develop a stronger network of support within their own community.

Through the program, participants will have the opportunity to:
- Connect with other women entrepreneurs in the Smithers area
